About the LEMUR project and the Marischal Virtual Museum

 

Welcome to the Marischal Virtual Museum and the LEMUR database. The LEMUR project wad devised was developed to provide access to part of the collections of the University of Aberdeen's Marischal Museum, Natural Philosophy Collection and other collections. The project was funded by JISC and the University of Aberdeen, primarily to provide teaching material for higher education, but it is hoped that it will be a valuable resource for many other people.
